PHILTECH is primarily a provider of commercial and technical diving services. We help companies and organizations resolve tasks that need to be, or are best executed underwater. Our safety procedures conform to the highest standards. Due to our extensive experience in operating a wide assortment of underwater tools, and in our knowledge of how different materials behave underwater, we are able to perform seemingly impossible jobs using the simplest and most cost effective solutions.
Our job enables us to test equipment not just in a lab, but in the world of divers working at extreme depths, and harsh conditions. And when a piece of gear makes our cut, we make it better through proper configuration.
